Municipal Court
The Village of Clinton hosts it's own municipal court for traffic offenses and ordinance violations. The court is headed by the municipal judge, who is elected at large in April of even numbered years. Court is usually held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. for juveniles and 6:30 p.m. for adults.
